13. Farm Safety & Liability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: 88Finder verifies farms through the Australian Business Register (ABN) only. We do NOT verify:

• • Working conditions or safety standards
• • Employment practices or legality
• • Wages, payment practices, or contract terms
• • Accommodation quality or availability
• • Management conduct or worker treatment

Liability Waiver: 88Finder is not responsible for any disputes, injuries, fraud, or illegal activities involving farms listed on our platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information and conducting due diligence before accepting employment.

14. Refund Policy

Free Searches: Non-refundable. Free searches are provided as-is and cannot be refunded.

Premium Subscriptions:

• • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 3 searches
• • After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable
• • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; refunds apply only to unused portions
• • To request a refund, contact support@88finder.com with your order details

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@88finder.com with a detailed description of the issue.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Australia.

Limitation Period: Any claim or action must be brought within 12 months of the date the cause of action arises, or it will be forever barred.
